TROUT LAKE STATION ANNOUNCED

AS VCEDC 2022 BUSINESS OF THE YEAR!

Eagle River, WI., December 9, 2022…. The Vilas County Economic Development Corporation (VCEDC) is pleased to announce Trout Lake Station in Boulder Junction as its 2022 Business of the Year!  The announcement was made at the VCEDC Annual Meeting on Friday, December 9, 2022.  Trout Lake Station was selected among 11 Business of the Month recipients this past year.

Gretchen Gerrish, Director, Trout Lake Station, joined the Annual Meeting and provided her delight with the tremendous recognition. Trout Lake Station was awarded the Business of the Month in August. Their purpose aligns directly with our Vision ‘To be the catalyst for economic innovation and sustainable regional prosperity that complements our pristine Northwoods environment and quality of life,’ said Schmitz. 

Schmitz added, for nearly 100 years, the research being conducted by the team at Trout Lake Station will help ensure we sustain the quality of life we know and love in our beautiful Northwoods.”
